Teen Fit programs are:
  • Tailored to suit specific group fitness goals
  • Offered as a non-exclusive program at a location convenient to your school
  • Run by young and energetic personal trainers in a small group environment 
  • Able to offer students advice relating to health and well being, such as nutrition

Teen Fit offers students:

  • A holistic fitness program, not just a gym workout!
