Teen Fit
programs are circuit style group sessions involving a mixture of cardio activities and muscular strength activities. Programs are designed to suit each individuals specific goals.


Classes are limited to a small number of students to ensure everyone gets personal attention and the trainers can really focus on the different needs of everyone in the group.


Classes run for 45 minutes. Programs are $110 for 8 sessions.

Posture Perfect: core and strength - Core workout for general body toning

Speed for Sport: enhance speed and agility - Speed and agility for specific school sports

Surf Fit: for all you boardriders - Body strength and conditioning
